Originally founded in 1716, The First Presbyterian Church and held its first services in 1719 at its sanctuary at 10 Wall Street between Broadway and Nassau Street.

We worked with a team to provide a utilities master plan, MEP/FP design, and phased construction plan for the restoration and upgrade of the historic building. The project involved the addition of new spaces, including administrative offices, nursery, 226 classrooms, meeting rooms, religious education area, and additional miscellaneous space. The new design allows for an additional 15,000 SF of space for the church.
