Central Synagogue
New York City’s Central Synagogue was built in 1870 and was designed by Henry Fernbach in the Moorish Revival style as a copy of Budapest’s Dohány Street Synagogue.
It has been in continuous use by a congregation longer than any other in New York State and is among the oldest synagogue buildings still standing in the United States.
We will be providing consulting services to perform an engineering conditions assessment. Our scope of work will include a survey of existing systems, energy analysis, and recommendations for infrastructure upgrades.
