Located on East 40th Street between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue, Benjamin Prime is a 10,000 square foot dining destination combining steakhouse classics with contemporary elegance.
The restaurant space houses an expansive main dining room, a temperature-controlled wine wall, and five customizable private dining spaces. Goldman Copeland (GOCO) engineered the MEP design for Benjamin Prime, implementing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system. Our specialized approach optimized this advanced technology to efficiently regulate climate control throughout the establishment. This project highlights our expertise in tailoring VRF systems to meet the precise needs of a singular culinary environment.
