MEP Engineering
Located in downtown Brooklyn, this residential tower provides housing for the local community.
We provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for this new out of the ground 600,000 SF, 41-story apartment building and the adjoining 17,000 SF plaza. The building has 620 units and a basement level parking garage to accommodate 250 cars.
