Home to Roundabout Theater Company, this historic theater is celebrating its first century—it first opened its doors as the Selwyn in 1918.
We designed the new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical distribution, emergency power, and fire alarm systems as part of a $25M million restoration of this historic, neo-renaissance style theater.
Roundabout Theater Company’s flagship home on Broadway, the theater was as part of the 42nd Street Development Project thanks to support from the City of New York. Through an unprecedented partnership between Roundabout and American Airlines, this historic theatre remains one of Broadway’s most exquisite and patron-friendly houses.
