Jujamcyn Theaters

Jujamcyn owns five of the 40 Broadway district playhouses, accounting for one-third of the business on Broadway.

They operate five theaters in New York’s famed Theater District: the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street, 1,701 seats); the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street, 1,412 seats); the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street, 1,222 seats), the Eugene O’Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street, 1,030 seats); the Walter Kerr Theatre (218 West 48th Street, 931 seats). Each venue is unique in its own way and their combined legacies span the whole illustrious history of Broadway theater.

We started an energy audit/capital MEP upgrade of all 6 theaters and 2016-2018 complete upgrade of St James Theater HVAC infrastructure, including HVAC stage cooling for Disney’s new production of Frozen.

Jujamcyn Theaters retained us in 2016 to provide design services and oversee all consultants for the replacement of the existing outdated inefficient plant.
