Dedicated to partnerships in hope and recovery, members of the Buffalo Psychiatric Center community see a future in which those they serve recover and are indistinguishable from anyone else in the community.
Our firm was the prime consultant for the master plan and design for the renovation of Building 62, the Strozzi Building. The complete rehabilitation and refurbishment of the building included all mechanical and electrical systems, new DDC automatic temperature control system, new fire alarm system and new security system.
HVAC systems included four 200-ton rooftop air cooled chillers. The design of the electric system consisted of lightning protection, a new 25 KV substation and a 4.16 KV distribution network, new main distribution panels, new risers and local panels. Throughout the project, we provided extensive construction administration, trouble shooting, and startup assistance.
