This project involves the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for a new 120,000 SF school facility to be developed on the site of a former milk bottling plant in the north Bronx. The two-school facility will house the 40,000 SF Carl C. Icahn Charter School and a new 80,000 SF Department of Education school serving pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade.
