Frank Sinatra High School

Client:
The Feil Organization

Architect:
Rosenbaum Design Group

Frank Sinatra High School
This project involved managing the design and fit-out of the 100,000 SF facility for the incoming tenant the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA)

The new high school occupies two floors of the former industrial building. With occupancy scheduled only five months from the start of the design phase, our engineers expedited the completion of the systems design in a mere six weeks.

Construction phase services were provided simultaneously to meet an occupancy deadline of February 2004
