This project involves the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for a 12-story, 136,000 SF affordable housing facility in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The design will feature a thorough analysis of all the 'green' options and incorporate LEED guidelines wherever possible.
