The expansion of the Emergency Department consists of new construction of approximately 7,500 sq. ft. to create a psychiatric emergency care department and the renovation of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. for standard emergency care department.  As part of this project, GCA will upgrade the existing M/E/P systems serving the emergency department including all the VAV boxes, both chillers, and two return fans.
