The new facility will be home to:
- Manhattan 3 Truck Garage
- Manhattan 3A Truck Garage
This project involves the complete utility systems design for a new vehicle maintenance facility.
The facility will include:
- Space for minor vehicle repairs
- Rooftop employee parking
- Office space
- Control room
- Locker rooms
- Kitchen/Cafeteria
- Diesel generator
- Storm water retention
We are also performing CFD modeling on the airflow to determine the best overhead exhaust systems.
