Experience:      With Goldman Copeland Associates since 1990, Mr. Holowitz has been responsible for the design of mechanical and electrical systems for all types of facilities. A specialist in HVAC design, he is also experienced in electrical distribution, plumbing and fire protection. Mr. Holowitz has supervised numerous design efforts for both new and existing facilities and is fully knowledgeable of procedures and scheduling techniques for managing multi-disciplinary projects.
